A 6-panel pamphlet that provides (a) quick hints for faster recovery after a mild-to-moderate Brain Injury and (b) an overview of the good reasons to avoid using drugs and alcohol after a brain injury. This document is suitable for display in E.R. and waiting rooms.

If you are a brain injury survivor, ask your doctor or other health care professionals about how to get the services you need.

If you are a professional with a background in acquired brain injury, seek consultation from a professional who has training and experience in providing treatment of problematic substance use.

If you are a professional with a background in addictions, seek consultation from professionals with training and experience in providing services to people living with the effects of acquired brain injury.
